SUSPENSION FORK
Many E-bikes are equipped with suspension forks to give you as the rider better cycling comfort.
In some models, the spring pre-tension can be adjusted individually. In this case, the fork may be ad-
justed to the weight of the rider and payload.
For athletic E-Bikes such as mountain bikes, the type of ground or terrain is also decisive. The spring
pre-tension can be optimally adjusted to the terrain that way.

• Never turn the setting screw beyond the stop, since this will damage the fork!

adjusting screw of the fork stabilizer

• Do not exceed the maximum air pressure approved for the fork to avoid damage.

SAG is the deflection range caused by the rider's weight including equipment (such as backpack), ri-
ding position and geometry of the frame and not by the riding. You should therefore adjust the air
suspension individually to your setting:
The SAG value should be between 15% and 20% of the total spring travel (for 150 mm total spring
travel: 21-28 mm / 100 mm: 15-20 mm).
1. If there is no O-ring on the fork leg, attach a cable tie.
2. Compress the fork several times to at least half of the full spring travel to equalise the air pres-
sure between the positive and negative air chambers.
3. Sit on the bike with full equipment and ask someone to hold the bicycle. Stand upright on the
pedals and press fully on the fork several times. Then sit on the bicycle in your normal riding po-
sition.
4. Slide the O-ring/cable tie down to the dust seal.
5. Carefully dismount from the bicycle without compressing the fork any further.
