TRAILER
DANGER OF ACCIDENT!
• Read the operating instructions of the trailer attentively and always observe the safety
notes of the trailer manufacturer.
WARNING!
• Familiarise yourself with the new cycling and braking behaviour of the E-bike outside
of road traffic first! Danger of accident!
• The maximum permitted total weight of the bicycle must not exceed the value
indicated in chapter "Technical data". The total weight includes the E-bike, the rider
and any load (e.g. basket and side bags, including contents, child seat incl. child,
trailer including trailing load.). Exceeding it may cause damage up to breaking of
parts.
TREKKING | CITY | SUV
It is generally possible to use a City E-bike with a trailer. Depending on purpose, there are many differ-
ent kinds and types of available trailers. Specifically when choosing a trailer for transporting persons,
make sure that it is safe. Trailers with a safety seal are to be preferred in any case.

E-bikes of this type are not constructed for being used with a trailer.
THEFT PROTECTION
Take out theft protection in your own interest. Always lock your E-bike, even if you only leave it unsu-
pervised briefly. Use only safety-tested locks and safety devices. We recommend locks of the
PROPHETE brand.
