Inbetriebnahme
Starting up
Ruckhaltegurt anlegen
VORSICHT: Gurt vor jedem Bewegen des
Staplers anlegen. Der Gurt dart beim Anle­
gen nicht verdreht sein. Gurt nurzum Slchem
einer Person verwendenl
Gurt ruckfrei aus Aufroller (2) ziehen und
eng an Kerper anliegend Ober die Ober­
schenkel legen.
HINWEIS: Setzen Sie slch soweit wle meg ­
lich zurQck. damit der RQcken an der ROk ­
kenlehne anllegt. Die Blockierautomatlk lar3t
genOgend Bewegungsfrelhelt auf dem Sitz
zu.
Zunge (4) in GurtschloB (1) einrasten.
Spannung des Gurts prOfen. Dieser soli
eng am Kerper anllegen.
Anlegen in starker Hanglage
Ole 810cklerautomatik sperrt den Gurtaus ­
zug bei starker Neigung des Staplers. Der
Gurt kann nicht mehr aus dem Aufroller ge­
zogen werden.
- Fahren Sie vorslchtig aus der Hanglage
heraus.
- legen Sle den Gurt an.
Ruckhaltegurt losen
- Rote Taste (5) am GurtschloB (1) drOk­
ken.
• Zunge (4) langsam mit der Hand zum Auf ­
roller (2) zurOckfOhren.
HINWEIS: Gurt nlcht zu schnell einlaufen las ­
sen. Durch das Aufschlagen der Zunge kann
die Blocklerautomatik ausgelost werden. Der
Gurt kann dann nlcht mehr mit gewohnter
Kraft ausgezogen werden.
- Gurt mit erhehter Kraft etwa
10 • 15
mm
aus dem Aufroller zlehen und damlt Blok·
kierung lesen.
• Gurt wieder langsam einlaufen lassen.
- Gurt vor Schmutz schOtzen (zum Beispiel
durch Abdecken).
Funktionsstorung durch Kalte
- Eingefrorenes GurtschloB oder Aufroller
aultauen und trocknen, um erneutes Eln ­
trieren zu verhindern.
ACHTUNG: Zum Auttauen Warmlutt nicht
Dber 60·C verwenden!

Applying the seat belt
CAUTION: Apply the seat belt betore moving
the truck. The seat belt must not be twisted
when applied. The seat belt may only be used
to secure only one personl
• Pull the seat belt out of the retractor (2)
and place it over the upper thighs close
to the body.
NOTE: Sit back as far as possible so that
the back contacts the backrest. The
automatic lock will allow enough freedom of
movement on the seat.
• Engage the tongue (4) in the buckle (1).
Check the tension of the seat belt. It
should be snug on the body.
Applying seat belt on a steep
slope
The automatic lock will block the seat belt
when the truck Is on a steep slope. The seat
belt can no longer be pUlled out of the
retractor.
• Drive out of the slope cautiously.
• Apply the seat belt.
Opening the seat belt
Press the red button (5) on the belt buckle
(1).
• Move the tongue (4) back to the retractor
(2) slowly wIth the hand.
NOTE: Do not let the seat belt retract too fast.
The tongue hitting the retractor can trigger
the automatic lock. The seat belt can then
not be pulled out with the usual force.
Pull the seat belt with Increased force
about
10 • 15
mm out of the retractor to
disengage the lock.
• Allow the seat belt to retract slowly.
• Protect the seat belt against dirt (by
covering

for example).
Malfunction due to cold
• Thaw a frozen seat belt buckle or retractor
and dry to prevent a renewed treezing.
ATTENTION: Do not use air over 60·C tor
thawing.
