Storungen, Malfunctions,
Ursache, Abhilfe cause, remedy
Storungsanzeigen
1m Display (1) kennen folgende StOrungsan­
zelgen erschelnen:
.Fehler", elne Zahl und eln Text, der die Ste­
rung beschreibt.
- Nach Behebung der StOrung Taste PRG

(2) drOcken. Die Anzeige verschwindet.
ACHTUNG: Wenn die Anzelge ausgeschaltet
wird, ohne die Storung zu beheben, kann dies
zu elnem Schaden
am
Stapler fQhren.
BETRIEBSBREMSE
- Der BremsflOsslgkeltsstand ist zu niedrig.
BremsflOssigkeit nach Wartungsanleltung
prOlen, ggf. nachfOlien.
KUEHLMITTELTEMP.
KOhlmitteltemperatur zu hoch.
Ursache: zu wenig KOhlmittel 1m KOhlsy­
stem, FunktlonsstOrung der ElektrolOfter
oder Thennostat defekt oder KOhler ver ­
schmutzt.
Motor wlrd abgestellt, KOhlmlttel nach War ­
tungsvorschrlft erganzen, bzw. KOhler rel ­
nlgen.
MOT.-TEMP.
- Fahrmotor Oberhitzt oder Leltungsunter­
brechung.
• Arbelt unterbrechen, abkOhlen lassen.
SchlOsselschalter nlcht ausschalten.

KOhlmlttelpumpe fOr Achse kontrollieren.
Indicated malfunction

The following malfunctions can be indicated
on the display (1):
'Fault", a number and a text describing the
malfunction.
• After eliminating the fault, press button PRG
o
(2) to clear the display.
CAUTION: If the display is shut off without
eliminating the fault, damage can result to the
truck.
SERVICE BRAKE

Brake fluid level is low. Check the brake

fluid level as described in the maintenance
instructions and top up as needed.
COOLANT TEMP.
o
Coolant temperature Is too high.
Cause: The coolant level Is too low,
malfunction of the electric fans or
thermostat Is faulty, or the radiator Is
restricted.
o
Engine Is shut down, top up coolant
according to the maintenance instructions
or clean the radiator.
MOT.-TEMP.
- Drive motor over-heated, or lead broken.
- Stop work, allow to cool. Do not turn the
switch lock off.
- Check coolant pump for axle circuit.
