L I nstall the stopper to the flywheel so that the flywheel
does not turn.

Remove the screws and the flywheel.
(When reassembling)
• Place the flywheel washer on the flywheel and install
them to the crankshaft, noting the location of the holes .

• If it is required to check the gear backlashes, measure
them before disassemby.
Idle Gear
1. Remove the retaining ring, the thrust washers and the idle
gear (1 ).
(When reassembling)
• Install the idle gear, aligning the marks on the gears re ­
ferring to the figure.
