BR78, BR86 in track 1, diesel locos BR212 and BR218 in track 2, electric loco BR103
as well as locos in category 1 (these could equally well be steam engines of any class)
in track 3, all other trains, which are not covered any of the previous criteria, will be in
track 4.
By running over the sensors of the exit manager route 10 in group 1 of the TWIN-CEN-
TER (LNCV8=20051) is activated, which must set all exit signals in the station back to
red. For the signals which are already at red, then nothing will happen, the green exit sig-
nal will go back to red.
8.3.5.4 Station administration with run-through track (only for receiver soft-
ware version from 28/06)
The station administration of TRAIN-NAVIGATION is (for receivers software version 28/06)
extended by a station run-through track. This additional track is used for passing by the
station by use of a specially designated track.
The run-through track requires no extra TRAIN-NAVIGATION-receiver for monitoring.
All trains, which are designated to use the run-through track, use this track, to directly get
(without any stopping) from the station entry (Entry manager) to the station exit (Exit
manager).
The run-through track is controlled by the entry manager and the exit manager. The entry
manager can be operated in different variants:
He can behave as described in chapter 8.3.5.1 of the TRAIN-NAVIGATION manual,
though with extension, that loco addresses can be defined, that never should hold in the
station, but always should run through.
The entry manager can also be "switched off", with the result, that the station will be run
through by all arriving locos and trains.
The exit manager behaves as has been before, in addition a run-through route can be swit-
ched to pass the station by.
Within steps A and B we now determine the settings for the Entry manager and the Exit
manager.
Step A: Entry manager
The Entry manager is controlled by the (up to now unused) LNCV 13. Here we tell him an
address of a signal (run-through signal, does not have to exist in reality on the layout), by
which the behavior of the Entry manager can be controlled. This signal can be switched by
hand or by an automatic process. If this signal is green, all arriving locos pass the station by.
