As you are already accustomed to with your TWIN-CENTER, wherever the cursor is blinking,
you can also alter the numerical value in the display by using the keys [+] and[↓] in single
steps upwards or downwards.
Advice
When programming a navigation receiver all the previously during operation stored infor-
mation will be automatically deleted.
6.3
Joker-Address
As you have seen from the above, the navigation receiver can only be read when it can be
called up under its module address (LNCV0). In this way it can be clearly differentiated from
all other navigation receivers on the layout.
If you have forgotten the address of a navigation receiver, then you will no longer be able to
read out its data because you cannot call it up any more. To help out with this, connect the
navigation receiver via the LocoNet to the TWIN-CENTER on its own, in other words without
any other navigation receiver. Now you can call it up under its Joker-Address.
The Joker-Address of the navigation receiver is: 65535
The navigation receiver will now react, and immediately displays its own address in LNCV0.
This can now be changed or retained and the navigation receiver can be re-installed in the
layout.
And here's how it's done:

Press the [menu]-key
•
Press the [mode]-key
•
Using the [↓]-key scroll down to the entry (LocoNet Prog.)
•
Continue with the [→]-key
•
Enter the article-number (6833)
•
Enter the Joker-Address 65535
•
Now the display will show LNCV0 with the correct module-address

Basic Functions of the Navigation Receiver
Now that you have learned how an individual LNCV can be programmed or read out, you'll
discover in this chapter several basic functions, and likewise how these LNCVs can be set.
7.1
Receiver-Addresses
The navigation receiver has two addresses. The first address (module-address) is the more
important because it is under this address that the navigation receiver will be identified to be
programmed or read out, or this address will be used for all functions with double sensor
(directional recognition).
