Cleaning the machine
The machine will maintain its
accuracy much longer if it is
well looked after.
It should be superficially
cleaned daily. and all ground or
polished parts dried off tho-
roughly, so that coolant cannot
Start to cause rust formation.
Once a week the machine should
be cleaned down with paraffin
and all bright parts lightly
oiled.
Before mounting any equipment
on the table, carefully clean
both contacting surfaces.
The settling tanks in the coo-
lant tank should be cleaned out
at least once a week. The coo-
lant tank itself raust be drained
off, flushed and cleaned once a
month. Filter the coolant before
returning it to the tank.
Every 2 months, remove the air
filter from the hydraulic com-
partment and clean it.
Reinigung der Maschine
Die Maschine behält ihre Genauig-
keit umso länger, je sorgfältiger
sie behandelt wird.
Sie ist täglich nach der Arbeit
oberflächlich zu reinigen.
Besonders die geschliffenen oder
polierten Teile sind gut abzu-
trocknen, damit sie nicht unter
der Wirkung des Kühlwassers zu
rosten beginnen.
Wöchentlich einmal muss die Ma-
schine mit Petrol gründlich ge-
reinigt werden. Die blanken Teile
sind leicht zu ölen.
Bevor irgend ein Zubehörteil auf
den Tisch gespannt oder auf die-
sem verschoben wird, müssen die
Auflageflächen tadellos sauber
sein.
Die Setzkästen im Kühlwasser-
Behälter sollten jede Woche min-
destens einmal gereinigt werden.
Der Kühlwasserbehälter muss mo-
natlich einmal geleert und ge-
spült werden. Das Kühlwasser ist
vor dem Wiedereinfüllen zu fil-
trieren.
Alle 2 Monate Luftfilter unter
Hydraulikaggregat herausziehen
und reinigen.

Nettoyer chaque jour, en fin de
travail, toutes les surfaces.
Secher tout particulierement les
pieces rectifiees ou polies afin
qu'elles ne rouillent pas sous
1'action du liquide d'arrosage.
Nettoyer ä fond la machine cha—
que semaine au petrole et grais-
ser legerement les surfaces me-
talliques.
Nettoyer tres soigneusement les
surfaces d'appui de la table
avant de monter ou de deplacer
un accessoire.
Nettoyer au moins chaque semaine
les bacs de decantation de la
cuve du liquide d'arrosage.
Vider et rincer celui-ci chaque
mois. Filtrer le liquide avant
de la reemployer.
Tous les deux mois sortir le fil-
tre ä air du compartiment hy-
draulique et le nettoyer.
