SETTING UP
EINRICHTEN
Dieser Anleitungsteil soll auf
der Maschine Schritt um Schritt
durchgespielt werden.
(Das Ein- und Ausspannen des
Werkstückes sowie das Oeffnen
und Schliessen des Kühlwasser-
hahns sind nachfolgend nicht
erwähnt.)

Preparation
- Monter la meule prealablement
equilibree.
(reserrer les vis du flasquei)
- Placer la courroie trapezol-
dale de commande de la broche
porte-meule dans la gorge cor-
respondant au diametre de la
meule.
- Inserer les pointes prealable-
ment nettoyees dans la broche
porte-piece et le fourreau de
la contre-poupee.
- Monter 1'arrivee de 1'arrosage.
- Regler la position de la contre-
poupee selon la longueur de la
piece.
Preparation
- Mount a balanced grinding
wheel.
(Re-tighten flange screwsl)
- Place the spindle drive V-belt
in the appropriate groove to
suit the wheel diameter.
- Fit centres to workhead and
tailstock, ensuring that they
are perfectly clean.
- Assemble the coolant equipment.
- Adjust the position of the
tailstock to suit the workpiece.
Vorbereitung
- Aufsetzen der ausgewuchteten
Schleifscheibe.
(Flanschschrauben nachziehen!)
- Auflegen des Schleifspindel-
keilriemens in die dem Schleif-
scheibendurchmesser entspre-
chende Riemennute.
- Einsetzen der gereinigten Spit-
zen in Werkstückspindelstock
und Reitstock.
- KühlmittelZuführung montieren.
- Reitstock auf Werkstücklänge
verschieben.
Setting up for traverse qrindinq
with intermittent feed.
- Switch on main switch aO.
Indicator lamp hl must light.
- Set programme selector switch
Sl to programme II, External
grinding.
- Turn clutch anti-clockwise
to disengage infeed drive.
- Turn infeed handwheel anti-
clockwise up to the spring
loaded stop, then turn it
clockwise 5 revolutions.
- Mount a diamond pn the tail-
stock . |p 3, 6. - | ,
- With handwheel raove the table
to bring the diamond in front
of the grinding wheel.
- Start the hydraulic pump,
wheelhead and coolant pump mo-
tors with motor switch b30.
- Cycle control selector switch
b31 to "Hand".
- Slacken locking screws for
coarse adjustment and, if ne-
cessary, retract the wheel
with coarse adjustment lever.
Minimum distance between wheel
and diamond = 50 mm ( 2 " ) .
Reqlaqe pour rectification en
plonqee avec avance par impul-
sion
- Enclencher 1'interrupteur prin-
cipal aO. La lampe de contröle
hl doit s'allumer.
- Placer le selecteur de pro-
gramme Sl sur "Programme II
rectification externe".
- Tourner le bouton d'accouple-
ment ä gauche.
(Commande de 1'avance debrayee).
- Tourner le volant d'avance ä
main ä gauche jusqu'ä la butee
ä ressort, puis de 5 tours ä
droite.
- Monter le diamant sur la con-
tre-poupee . eessa^B- 3 6. 1.
- A 1'aide du volant deplacer la
coulisse longitudinale jusqu'ä
ce que le diamant se trouve
devant la meule.
- Enclencher les moteurs de la
pompe ä huile, de la meule et
de la pompe d'arrosage ä 1'ai-
de du commutateur pour moteurs
b30.
- Selecteur de methode de travail
b31 sur position "Manuel".
- Desserrer le blocage- du depla-
cement rapide. Si necessaire,
reculer la meule ä l'aide du
levier pour deplacement rapide,
Distance minimum entre la meule
et le diamant: 50 mm.
Einrichten zum Länqsschleifen
mit stossweisem Vorschub
- Hauptschalter aO einschalten.
Kontrollampe hl muss brennen.
- ProgrammwahlSchalter Sl auf
Programm II Aussenschleifen
stellen.
- Kupplung nach links drehen
(Vorschubantrieb auskuppeln).
- Vorschubhandrad nach links
drehen bis zum gefederten An-
schlag. Anschliessend wieder
5 Umdrehungen nach rechts
drehen.
- Diamant auf Reitstock montie-
ren . fr» 3. 6.1,
- Mit Längsschlittenhandrad
Längsschlitten verschieben,
bis der Diamant vor der
Schleifscheibe steht.
- Mit Motorenschalter b30 Oel-
pumpe, Schleifscheibe und
Kühlwasserpumpe starten.
- Betriebsartenschalter b31 auf
Stellung Hand.
- Blockierschraube zu Schnell-
verstellung lösen. Wenn nötig,
mit Schnellverstellhebel
Scheibe zurückstellen.
Mindestabstand zwischen Schei-
be und Diamant 50 mm.
