nach der Arbeit ist die Maschine
oberflächlich zu reinigen.
Besonders die geschliffenen
oder polierten Teile sind gut
abzutrocknen, damit sie nicht
unter der Wirkung des Kühl-
wassers zu rosten beginnen.
CHAQUE JOUR,,,
Nettoyer chaque jour, en fin de
travail, toutes les surfaces.
Secher tout particulierement les
pieces rectifiees ou polies afin
qu'elles ne rouillent pas sous
l'action du liquide d'arrosage.

It should be superficially
cleaned daily and all ground
or polished parts dried off
thoroughly, so that coolant
cannot start to cause rust
formation.
APRES 50 HEURS,,,
Nettoyer au moins chaque semaine
les bacs de dScantation de la
cuve du liquide d'arrosage.

Die Setzkästen im Kühlwasser-
behälter sollten jede Woche
mindestens einmal gereinigt
werden.
Wöchentlich einmal muss die
Maschine mit Petrol gründlich
gereinigt werden. Die blanken
Teile sind leicht zu ölen.

The coolant tank itself must

Vider et rincer celui-ci chaque
mois. Filtrer le liquide avant
de la reemployer.

Der Kühlwasserbehälter muss
monatlich einmal geleert und
gespült werden. Das Kühl-
wasser ist vor dem Wieder-
einfüllen zu filtrieren.

Der Setz und Sammelkasten
innen rechts im Maschinen-
ständer ist über den Ent-
leerungsschlauch zu entleeren.

Gleichstrommotor für
Werkstückantrieb'
Mindestens einmal jährlich sind
die Kohlebürsten und der
Kollektor des Gleichstrom-
motors zu kontrollieren. Die
Kohlebürsten sollten noch
mindestens 2 cm lang sein und
an der kollektorseitigen
Berührungsstelle glänzen.
Ansonsten auswechseln.
Der Kollektor soll ebenfalls
glänzen und darf keine Brand-
spuren oder Rillen haben.
Ansonsten reinigen.
Ausserdem ist der Kollektor-
raum von Kohlestaub zu befreien.
Man überzeuge sich gleichzeitig
vom festen Sitz der Anschluss-
klemmen.
UNE FOIS PAR AN,,,

collecteur du moteur. les
balais doivent encore avoir
une longueur d'au moins 2 cm
et rester brillant sur leur
face en contact avec le
collecteur. Si ce n'est pas
le cas, les remplacer. Le
collecteur doit egalement
rester propre et brillant
et ne comporter aucune rayure
ni trace de brülures. Le
nettoyer, si necessaire, et
eliminer les depöts de
poussi§re de charbon autour
de lui. Contröler en meme temps
le serrage des bornes de
connexion.
EVERY YEAR,,,

brushes and the commutator
on the motor must be checked,
The brushes must be at least
2 cm (.8") long and shiny
around the area of contact.
If this is not the case, fit
new brushes. The commutator
