Montage et reglage du jeu du
palier comme sous II.
Pour des exigences de planeite
elevees, regier le jeu du pa-
lier comme suit:
a. Regler la vitesse de rota-
tion ä la valeur voulue.
b. Placer un comparateur ä ca-
dran axialement en contact
avec la broche en rotation.
Puis tourner la douille de
reglage du jeu a droite jus-
qu'ä ce que la broche soit
deplacee d'environ 0,01 mm
vers 1'avant.
ATTENTION: En cas de modifi-
cation du regime
de rotation, le
jeu du palier
doit etre regle ä
nouveau.
Fit parts and set the bearing
play as under II.
If really accurate flatness is
required, reset the bearing
clearance as follows:
a. Select the speed required.
b. With the spindle rotating,
register a dial indicatör
against the end face and
turn adjusting nut clock-
wise until the spindle has
been pushed a further
0.01 mm/.0004" out of the
bearing.
NOTE: If the speed is chan-
ged, the bearing
clearance must be
re-set.
Montage und Einstellen des
Lagerspiels wie unter II.
Bei hohen Ansprüchen in Bezug
auf Planheit, Lagerspiel wie
folgt nachstellen:
a. Gewünschte Drehzahl ein-
stellen.
b. Bei drehender Spindel eine
Messuhr-achsial anstellen
und Spiel-Reguliermutter
nach rechts drehen, bis die
Spindel ca. 0,01 mm zusätz-
lich nach vorne geschoben
ist.
Achtung: Wir die Drehzahl
verändert, so muss
das Lagerspiel neu
eingestellt werden.

dass der Einsatz nicht
auf den Tisch fällt und
dabei die Tischfläche
beschädigt;

Introduire la fourche de blocage
entre le nez de la broche et
1'ecrou extracteur et sortir le
tasseau en vissant 1'ecrou.
ATTENTION: Veiller ä ce que le
tasseau ne tombe pas
sur la table afin
d'eviter que la sur-
face de celle-ci soit
endommagee.
Insert the locking key between
the spindle nose and the extrac-
tor nut and withdraw the adapt-
ter by tightening the nut.
NOTE: Take care to prevent the
adapter from falling onto
the table and dafnaging the
table surface.
