Fit mudguard extensions (9 + 17) (Fig. 5 - 7)
1.
Insert the vibration dampers (40) into the existing
slotted holes in the mudguard extensions. Fit the
mudguard extensions (9 +18) onto the mudguards
already in place from above.
2.
Align the holes.
3.
Fasten the mudguard extensions (9 + 18) with the
three M6 x 16 mm (38) collared hex screws and the
M6 collared hex nuts (39). Use an 8 mm open-end
spanner and a 10 mm open-end spanner for this.
4.
Repeat the process on the opposite side.
5.
Finally, align the strut (10) for the mudguard ex-
tensions with the two outer holes and screw them
together using the M6 x 16 mm collared hex bolts
(38) and the M6 collared hex nuts (39). Use an
8 mm open-end spanner and a 10 mm open-end
spanner for this.

Mounting the gear selection lever (5) (Fig. 8)
1.
Push the rubber grip (5a) onto the gear selection
lever (5).
2.
Slide the gear selector lever (5) through the open-
ing on the switch plate.
3.
First attach the gear selector lever (5) to the gear
shift linkage using a bolt (31) and a split pin (32).
In addition, a bolt (31) must be inserted below the
opening of the shift plate. Note: Use needle-nose
pliers* to insert the split pin (32).

Mounting the belt cover (7) (Fig. 9)
1.
Fit the belt cover (7) using the holes provided.
2.
Fit the belt cover (7) using the two M5 collared hex
screws (7a). Use an 8 mm open-ended spanner
for this.

Fitting the depth stop (6) (Fig. 10 - 11)
1.
Insert the bracket (depth stop) (8) into the mount-
ing.
2.
Fix the bracket with the pin for the bracket (depth
stop) (29) and the split pin (30).
3.
Insert the depth stop (6) from below into the hole in
the frame up to the lower stop.
4.
Secure the depth stop (6) with a pin (33) and a split
pin (34).

Fitting the wheels (27) (Fig. 12 + 13)
Note:
Use the wheels (27) for further transport or when using
additional accessories (such as a furrow attachment,
plough or potato harvester).
The blades (left + right) (11 + 11b) and the blade exten-
sions (left + right) (11a + 11c) must be removed before
the wheels (27) can be fitted.
The valve must be on the outside of the wheel (27). Pay
attention to the running direction of the wheels.
1.
Fit the wheel (27) onto the wheel axle (28).
2.
Bolt the wheel axle (28) with the M10 x 25 mm hex
bolts (28a), the spring washers (28b) and the M10
hex nuts (28c).
3.
Align the wheel (27) until the holes on the wheel
hub and axle are aligned.
4.
Insert the pin (31) into the centre hole of the wheel
shaft and the drive shaft and then insert the split
pin (32).
5.
Repeat the process on the other side.

Before commissioning
m ATTENTION!
Always make sure the device is fully assembled
before commissioning!
m WARNING!
Health hazard!
Inhalation of petrol/lubricating oil vapours and exhaust
gases can cause serious damage to health, uncon-
sciousness and in extreme cases death.
- Do not breathe petrol/lubricating oil vapours and
exhaust gases.
- Operate the product outdoors only.
NOTE!
Product damage
Using the product without or with too little engine and
gearbox oil can result in engine damage.
- Fill with petrol and oil before commissioning. The
product is supplied without engine and gearbox oil.
NOTE!
Environmental damage!
Spilled oil can pollute the environment permanently.
The liquid is highly toxic and can quickly lead to water
pollution.
- Fill/empty oil only on level, paved surfaces.
- Use a filling nozzle or funnel.
- Collect drained oil in a suitable container.
- Wipe up spilled oil carefully immediately and dis-
pose of the cloth according to local regulations.
- Dispose of oil as per local regulations.
