Die Belastbarkeit eines
Werkstückträgers ergibt sich
– aus der Kombination von
Fördermedium, Gleitprofilen und
Werkstückträger-Laufsohle sowie
– aus seiner Auflagelänge auf dem
Fördermedium  1-19.
Als Kenngrößen können angesetzt
werden:
– Fördermedium Gurt und
Zahnriemen:
Auf Werkstückträgern mit PA-
Laufsohle sind als Auflagelast bis zu
1 kg/cm möglich.
– Fördermedium Flachplattenkette:
In der Kombination mit Kunststoff-
Flachplattenkette wird die PA-
Laufsohle an den Werkstückträgern
empfohlen. Dies erlaubt in der
Standardausführung mit Kunststoff-
Gleitprofilen im Streckenprofil
Auflagelasten von 1 kg/cm, während
mit der optional bestellbaren
Ausführung mit Stahl-Gleitprofilen
Auflagelasten von 1,5 kg/cm möglich
werden.
– Fördermedium Staurollenkette:
In der Kombination mit PE-
Laufsohlen an den Werkstückträgern
erlaubt die Standardausführung
mit Kunststoff-Gleitprofilen im
Streckenprofil Auflagelasten von
1,5 kg/cm, während mit der optional
bestellbaren Ausführung mit Stahl-
Gleitprofilen und der Staurollenkette
mit Rollen aus Stahl Auflagelasten
von 2 kg/cm möglich werden.

The load carrying capacity of a
workpiece pallet results from the
– combination of conveyor medium,
glide profiles, and workpiece pallet
wear pad as well as
– the surface length on the conveyor
medium  1-19.
The following estimated parameters
can be used:
– Conveyor media belt and toothed
belt:
A surface load of up to 1 kg/cm is
permissible on workpiece pallets with
PA wear pads.
– Conveyor medium flat top chain:
PA wear pads on the workpiece
pallets are recommended in the
combination with a plastic flat top
chain. This permits in the standard
design with plastic glide profiles in
the section profile surface loads
of up to 1 kg/cm, whereas the
optionally available version with steel
glide profiles can tolerate surface
loads of up to 1.5 kg/cm.
– Conveyor medium accumulation
roller chain:
In conjunction with PE wear pads on
the workpiece pallets, the standard
design with plastic glide profiles in
the section profile permits surface
loads of up to 1.5 kg/cm, whereas
the optionally available version with
steel glide profiles and accumulation
roller chain with steel rollers can
tolerate surface loads up to 2 kg/cm.

型材，其标准设计结构带塑料滑动

负载；而可选版本带钢制滑动型材，
最大可承受 1.5 kg/cm 的表面负载。
– 输送介质堆积滚子链：
与工件托盘的 PE 耐磨垫配合使用，
对于输送段型材，其标准设计结构
带塑料滑动型材，最大可承受
1.5 kg/cm 的表面负载；而可选版本
带钢制滑动型材以及带钢制滚子的堆
积滚子链，最大可承受 2 kg/cm 的表
面负载。
