
Verwendung:
In Verbindung mit Antriebsstationen
AS 2/C und Umlenkung UM 2/C
zum Aufbau von hochbelasteten
Streckeneinheiten mit Kunststoff-
Flachplattenketten.
Ausführung:
Streckenprofil (A) aus eloxiertem
Aluminium in 50 mm breiter, besonders
robuster Ausführung für bis zu 30 %
höhere Streckenlasten, Führungsprofil
(B1) aus korrosionsbeständigem Stahl
und Gleitprofile (B2) wahlweise aus
korrosionsbeständigem Stahl (GP = 1)
oder Kunststoff (GP = 0).
Lieferumfang:
2x Streckenprofil SP 2/C-H (A) mit
montierten Führungs- und Gleitprofilen
(B1 und B2).
Zubehör, erforderlich:
Adapterplattensatz ST 2/C-H,  3-47
Wenn GP = 0, Adapterplatten
zwischen jedem Streckenstoß.

Application:
Used in conjunction with AS 2/C drive
modules and UM 2/C return units to
construct heavy-duty conveyor units
with plastic flat top chains.
Design:
Section profiles (A) of anodized
aluminum with a 50 mm wide,
especially sturdy design for up to 30 %
higher section loads, guide profiles
(B1) of corrosion-resistant steel and
glide profiles (B2) of either corrosion-
resistant steel (GP = 1) or plastic
(GP = 0).
Scope of delivery:
2x SP 2/C-H section profiles (A) with
assembled guide and glide profiles (B1
and B2).
Required accessories:
ST 2/C-H adapter plate kit,  3-47
If GP = 0, then adapter plates are to be
fitted between each section joint.
Optional accessories:
– SZ 2/...-H leg sets  6-2
– Profile connectors  3-50
– Cross connectors  3-51

与 AS 2/C 驱动模块以及 UM 2/C 返回单
元一起使用，构建带塑料平顶链的重载输
送单元。
设计：
输送段型材 (A) 的材料是阳极氧化处理铝
材，宽度为 50 mm，采用特别坚固的设
计型式，输送段负载最多可增加 30 %，
导向型材 (B1) 的材料是防腐蚀的钢材，
滑动型材 (B2) 的材料可选择防腐蚀钢材
(GP = 1) 或塑料 (GP = 0)。
供货范围：
2x SP 2/C-H (A) 输送段型材，已装配导
向和滑动型材（B1 和 B2）。
所需配件：
ST 2/C-H 适配板套件， 3-47
如果 GP = 0，则各输送段接头之间均有
适配板。
可选配件：
– SZ 2/...-H 腿架 6-2
– 型材连接件  3-50
– 横向连接件  3-51
