Das Rexroth Transfersystem TS 2plus
ist das Multitalent für die wirtschaftliche
Fertigung. Es bildet einen vielseitigen
Systembaukasten, der zu einem
breiten Spektrum an Produkten passt.
Vielseitig, robust, variabel
Durch die Vielzahl der
Baukastenelemente ist die Anpassung
an spezielle Fertigungsaufgaben und
individuelle Layoutwünsche ohne
weiteres möglich:
– Vier kombinierbare Fördermedien
(Polyamidgurt, Zahnriemen,
Flachplattenkette und
Staurollenkette) entsprechend
den Erfordernissen des
Montageprozesses.
– Auf die Produktgröße abgestimmte
Werkstückträgergrößen
(160 x 160 mm bis 1040 x 800 mm)
– Hohe Maximalbelastung von bis zu
100 kg pro Werkstückträger.
Spezielle TS 2plus Baueinheiten
Neben den verschiedenen
Fördermedien bietet TS 2plus eine
Fülle spezifischer Baueinheiten im
Bereich Kurven, Quer-transport,
Positionier- und Antriebs-einheiten.
Außerdem lassen sich Planungs- und
Projektierungsaufwand mit dem Angebot
an vordefinierten Makromodulen auf ein
Minimum reduzieren.
Die über den Katalog bestellbaren
Material-Kombinationen sind für
den regulären Betrieb des TS 2plus
optimiert. Für besondere Anwendungen
sind weitere Materialkombinationen
möglich. Bei Bedarf empfehlen wir

The Rexroth TS 2plus transfer sys-
tem is a multi-talented system, which
guarantees economic production. It is a
diverse modular system that meets the
requirements of a wide range of differ-
ent products.
Diverse, sturdy, adaptable
Due to the large number of modular
components incorporated in the
system, it can be adapted to suit
specific production conditions and
individual layouts without requiring
any extra parts:
– Four types of conveyor media
(polyamide belts, toothed belts, flat
top chains and accumulation roller
chains) which can be combined
together to meet the needs of the
assembly process.
– Workpiece pallets sizes
(from 160 x 160 mm up to
1040 x 800 mm) specifically designed
for the product sizes.
– A high maximum load of up to 100 kg
per workpiece pallet.
Special TS 2plus units
Apart from the different types of
conveyor media, the TS 2plus also
provides an abundance of specific units
including curves, transverse conveyors,
positioning and drive units. In addition
to this, the time and effort spent on
planning and designing can also be
reduced to a minimum thanks to the
range of predefined macro modules.
Material combinations that can be
ordered from the catalog have been
optimized for standard operation with
TS 2plus. For special applications,
additional material combinations are
available. Please contact your Rexroth

combination.
