Verwendung:
Die Hub-Dreheinheit HD 2 dreht den
Werkstückträger in die gewünschte
Orientierung. Bei Umlaufsystemen
ohne Kurven kann sie für eine
gleichbleibende Orientierung des
Werkstückträgers sorgen, d. h. vorne
bleibt vorne. Arbeitsoperationen
auf der HD 2 sind ohne zusätzliche
Krafteinwirkungen zulässig.
Ausführungen:
– Drehwinkel um die
Z-Achse: 90° oder 180°.
Die Drehrichtung der HD 2/90° kann
bei Bedarf von WT zu WT individuell
angesteuert werden.
– Hub: 40 mm oder 90 mm.
Die Ausführung mit 40 mm Hub
ist geeignet, den Werkstückträger
unmittelbar über der Förderstrecke
zu drehen. Bei seitlichen Anbauten,
z. B. von Identifikations- und
Datenspeichermodulen muss
gegebenenfalls die Ausführung mit
90 mm Hub gewählt werden.
– Maximal zulässiges
Massenträgheitsmoment: 0,65 kgm

Application:
The HD 2 lift rotate unit turns
workpiece pallets to the required
orientation. On circuits without
curves it ensures that the workpiece
pallet always runs with the correct
orientation, i.e. front is always front.
Work on the HD 2 is permitted without
additional forces.
Designs:
– Turning angles of 90° or 180° on
the Z axis. The direction of rotation
of the HD 2/90° can be individually
selected for each WT, as needed.
– Lift: 40 mm or 90 mm. The version
with a 40 mm lift is suitable for
turning workpiece pallets directly
above the conveyor section. If there
are any components mounted at
the side of the workpiece pallet,
e.g. identification and data storage
modules, it may be necessary to
select the version with a 90 mm lift.
– Maximum mass moment of inertia for
HD 2 is 0.65 kgm

作用力就可对 HD 2 进行操作。

40 mm 的版本适于直接在输送段上方
直接旋转工件托盘方向。如果工件托
