Die Hubgeschwindigkeit mit der
Drosselschraube (2, Fig. 19) einstellen.
- Eindrehen ergibt weniger Zuluft:
Aufwärtshub langsamer.
- Herausdrehen ergibt mehr Zuluft:
Aufwärtshub schneller.
Wichtig:
Bei hartem Aufsetzen (Geräusch) in
Mittelstellung (Ruhestellung) kann eine
zusätzliche Abluftdrossel (bitte separat
bestellen, Bestell-Nr.:
0 821 200 204) eingebaut werden,
s. "A", "B", Fig. 20.
Standardmäßig ist die Ansteuerung der
oberen Stellung vorbereitet (s."A", Fig.
20).
Wird je nach Werkstückträgerfl uss
die Ansteuerung der oberen und
unteren Stellung gewünscht, so ist der
Schalldämpfer (1, Fig. 19+20) durch ein
zweites Drosselrückschlagventil (bitte
separat bestellen, Bestell-Nr.:
0 821 200 187) zu ersetzen
("B", Fig. 20).

- Screw in for less air supply:
Upward lift becomes slower.
- Screw out for more air supply:
Upward lift becomes faster.
Important:
An additional exhaust throttle (please
order separately, order no.:
0 821 200 204) can be fi tted in case
of hard positioning (noise) at the mid-
position (idle position), see "A", "B", Fig.
20.
The control is standardly set in the
upper position. (see "A", Fig. 20).
If upper and lower positions are desired
for the control, each according to
workpiece pallet fl ow, the silencer (1, Fig.
19+20) shall be replaced by a second
throttling non-return valve (please order
separately, order no.: 0 821 200 187)
("B", Fig. 20).

通过节流阀螺栓 (2, Fig. 19) 来调整行
程速度。
- 向内拧入节流阀螺栓减少进气：
上行速度减慢。
- 向外拧出节流阀螺栓增加进气：
上行速度加快。
重要：
如果在中位 (默认位置) 有很硬的复位
(噪音)，可以额外加装一个排气节流阀
(请单独订货，订货号：
0 821 200 204)，见"A","B",
Fig. 20。
在标准款式中，上位的控制已经准备好
(见"A",Fig. 20)。
如果根据具体的工件托盘流的情况，
要求对上位和下位进行控制，则要
用第二个单向节流阀来取代消音器
(1,Fig. 19+20) (请单独订货，订货号：
0 821 200 187) ("B",Fig. 20)。
