Working safely with this device
is possible only when the operat-
ing and safety information are
read completely and the instruc-
tions
contained
strictly followed.
The safety notes and operating instructions
for the power tool being used are to be strictly
observed!
Wear protective goggles, hearing protection
and a dust protection mask.
Wear protective gloves and sturdy shoes.
For long hair, wear hair protection. Work only
with closely fitting clothes.
Care should be taken to avoid workpiece de-
bris flying out of the machine.
When working on joints or planing narrow
workpieces, use the parallel guide.
When planing short, narrow workpieces, use a
suitable safety push block made of a soft ma-
terial (e. g. a piece of wood) to avoid kickback
or jamming of the workpiece.
When planing longer workpieces, support
them using a suitable fixture (e. g. a roller
stand).
Always operate the machine from the side and
never work directly in front of the machine.
The device must be operated only with the cor-
responding protective devices.
Never allow children to use the device.
Bosch is only able to ensure perfect operation
of the device if the original accessories in-
tended for it are used.

The device is a fixture designed for the stationary
application of Bosch planers and is intended for
straightening
