The operator's responsibility
Operator
The operator is the person who operates the control unit personally for commercial or economic
purposes, or makes it available to a third party for use/application and bears the legal product
responsibility for the protection of the user, staff or third parties during operation.
Operator obligations
The control unit is used in the commercial sector. The operator is therefore subject to the legal
obligations relating to occupational health and safety.
In addition to the safety information contained in these instructions, the safety regulations,
