Troubleshooting
The control detects that a drive is drawing too much current.
◼ Mechanical overload of the system
If the error occurs frequently, check for the following:
◼ Possible drive defects
The maximum duty cycle of 20% at 20 mins has been
exceeded. Wait until the error message disappears.
The control has detected an abruptly occurring excessive
current at the drive, which indicates a mechanical blockage.
Check the system for mechanical blockages and remove them
as necessary.
The error message remains displayed for as long as the
undervoltage is detected in the control (even when the
control is switched off).
Check the voltage supply (mains cable).
A drive that is suitable for the configuration of the control

must be inserted in drive slot M1 on the control.
◼ Check the connections
