Troubleshooting
If an external stop signal is set, the drives cannot be moved

Check the setting of the control and system for possible
errors.
The safety edge has been activated in the control, but
cannot be correctly recognised due to excessive resistance
◼ Check the safety edge for correct resistance

◼ Check for cable breaks
◼ Carrying out initialization run
◼ Check the connector for correct fit
◼ Connect suitable safety edge or replace the cable
◼ Reset the error code with a function key
◼ Free up the safety edge by moving opposite to the last
direction
Actuating the safety edge does not necessarily cause an error
message; it may correspond to normal operation.
The function mode for freeing up the safety edge (with
or without error message) can be set via parameter 28
