Mechanical hazards
WARNING!
Risk of crushing and shearing due to moving components!
Intervening in or accessing the area of moving components (e.g.
height-adjustable table frame) whose drive is positioned by the
control unit, can cause injuries to the hands and head.
– Before each positioning movement of the drive, make sure
that there are no persons or objects in the danger area of the
drives.
– Never reach into the area or handle moving parts while the
movement is being performed.
– Only carry out work on the drives when they are at a
standstill.
Property damage
NOTICE!
Material damage due to overload of the control unit and/or
drives!
Exceeding the permitted duty cycle (DC) of the control unit can
cause material damage.
Furthermore, overloading the drives (control unit DC > drive DC)
can cause material damage.
– Never exceed the permitted duty cycle as indicated in
⮱
„11 Technical data" on page 288.
– Adhere to the duty cycle of the drives. It may be shorter than
the duty cycle of the control unit. The information on the
permitted duty cycle can be found on the rating plate of the
drives.
