3.12 Mounting frame 0 986 610 280
The AdBlue supply pump (fig. 8, item 2) is affixed to
the mounting frame (Fig 8, items 3 and 4) during re-
moval and installation.

During use, it essential that the instructions (regar-
ding use and torque) are followed in the ESI test
and repair instructions. Improper use can cause
significant damage to the AdBlue supply module
and AdBlue supply pump.

Defective mounting frames may not be reused and
must be completely replaced.

Socket housing 1 684 486 629 / 630

The socket housings 1 684 486 629 (fig. 9, item 1)
and 1 684 486 630 (fig. 9, item 2) seal the electrical
connection during the housing leak test of the AdBlue
supply module.

In case of damage, replace the entire socket
housings.

The voltage information is stamped in the housing
above the electrical socket (fig. 9, item 3).

An example is shown in figure (fig. 10).
Secure the clamping support (fig. 10. item 1) on the
front left of the prepared working surface of the test
device 0 986 613 880 (4 M8 screws).
The rod 0 986 610 981 (fig. 10, item 2) is inserted in
the round seat in the mounting support and clamped
tight. Base plate 0986 613 550 (fig. 10, item 3) is
screwed to the rod with two screws (M 10).
The AdBlue supply module is attached to the base plate
for testing and repairs. The AdBlue supply module can
be moved into the corresponding position for use by
turning the rod and the lever on the mounting support
during testing and repairs.

When loosening and turning the rod on the moun-
ting support, always hold the base plate or the
AdBlue supply module with one hand to prevent
uncontrolled tipping.
