3.10 Parts set for drain valve 0 986 615 075
Screw the parts set onto pressure gauge 1 687 231 906.

When screwing the parts set, hold the pressure
gauge with an open-ended wrench.
i
A shutoff valve (fig. 7, item 1) is in the top area of
the parts set for ventilation.
i
During testing, make sure that the shutoff valve
remains closed.

When connecting the test lines to the quick-release
coupling (fig. 7, item 2), make sure that it locks
securely into place; otherwise, the danger exists of
the coupling coming loose during testing and the
test medium escaping under pressure (approx. 900
kPa).

The AdBlue supply module (fig. 8, item 5) is attached
to the base plate (fig. 8, item 1).

Make sure that the base plate is clean.

Regularly lubricate the fastening threads of the
base plate so that they function smoothly.

Defective base plates may not be reused and must
be completely replaced.
