Sealing device 0 986 610 905
Insert the sealing device (fig. 11, item 3) into the
hole in the pressure equalization element to test the
housing of the AdBlue supply module (fig. 11, item 2)
for leakage. The pressure equalization element must
be removed from the cover of the AdBlue supply
module. The holding device 0 986 610 692 (fig. 11,
item 1) and the clamping claw (fig. 11, item 4) of the
sealing device are required for attaching the sealing
device to the AdBlue supply module. Use the provided
washers to set the correct distance between the clam-
ping claw and the sealing device. If necessary, use ad-
ditional washers (not included).

Test dosing module 0 986 610 522
The test dosing module (fig. 12, item 2) is used during
the function test of the AdBlue supply module to test
the metered amount. The test liquid that flows through
the test dosing module is collected in a beaker.
The test dosing module is controlled by the test con-
trol device using the test adapter 1 687 023 723.
!
Defective test dosing modules may not be reused
and must be completely replaced.

Beaker set 0 986 610 460
The beaker set consists of 3 beakers with capacities
of 100 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml. It is used during the
function test of the AdBlue supply module to measure
return flow and the metered amount. The collected
test liquid is measured using the scale 0 986 610 838.
See examples of use in fig. 12 and fig. 13.
