Test the voltage at the Output Bin LED (LED14)
1. Verify that J5 is connected on the Motion PCA (A2).
2. Disconnect the wire harness from the LED.
3. Test the voltage to LED14: 5 Vdc at pins 18B to 17B on W16J1-W96P5.
