Disconnect J3 from the A1.

Disconnect J6 from the A1.
3.
Test the voltage to J3 on A1: 32 Vdc at J3 pins 3 to 15, 4 to 16, 5 to 17, and 6 to 18.
4.
Test the voltage to J6 on A1: 5 Vdc at J6 pins 6 to 3, 4 to 3, 19 to 3, and 20 to 3.
