Initial Steps
1. „Trays 2, 3, and 4 component locator" auf Seite 2370
Check the Right-side Lower Panel Open sensor (SN43)
1. Open and close the right-side lower panel to manually activate SN43.
TIPP: Click Subsystems, click Input Trays, and then click Trays 2, 3, 4.
Does the sensor state change?
No Yes
Repair the right-side lower panel
1. Check the door latch alignment to the Right-side Lower Panel Open sensor (SN43).
2. Check the door handle.
3. Check the door hinge.
1 4. Repair as needed.
Check the following conditions
1. Make sure that the sensor is correctly located.
2. Clean the sensor and the surrounding area.
3. Verify that the flag actuator has free movement.
HINWEIS: Ensure tray 2 exit sensor wires are routed behind SN43 (right side lower panel sensor) to eliminate flag actuator binding.
4. Check the right-side lower panel hinges and latch.
5. Check the wire harness between the Right-side Lower Panel Open sensor (SN43) and the Trays 2, 3, and 4 Controller PCA (A23).

1. Open and close the right-side lower panel to manually activate SN43.
TIPP: Click Subsystems, click Input Trays, and then click Trays 2, 3, 4.
Does the sensor state change?
No Yes

Test the voltage to the Right-side Lower Panel Open sensor (SN43) on the Trays 2, 3, and 4 Controller PCA (A23)
1. Disconnect J4 from A23.
2. Test the voltage to SN43 on A23: 5 Vdc at J4 pins 4 to 5 (GND).
