Test the voltage at the Horizontal Latch LED (LED1)
1. Verify that J7 is connected on the Motion PCA (A2).
2. Disconnect the wire connector from the LED.
3. Test the voltage at LED1: 5 Vdc at pins 1 to 2 on W47P10-LED10.
