Test the voltage at the IDO Input 1 Motor encoder (EN9)
1. Verify that J4 is connected on the Motion PCA (A2).
2. Disconnect the wire connector from the encoder.
3. Test the voltage at EN9: 5 Vdc at pins 2B to 4B on W97P7-W44J7.
