Eigenschaften
Der Schnitt besteht aus alternierenden Schneide-
und Koagulationsphasen. Der Schnitt ist gut
kontrollierbar und zeichnet sich durch eine repro-
duzierbare, vorwählbare Koagulations eigenschaft
während des Schnittes aus.
Einsatzgebiete
Endoskopische Eingriffe, wenn alternierendes
Schneiden und Koagulieren mit einer Aktivierung
gefordert wird.

Monofile und polyfile Schlingenelektroden für die
Polypektomie

STANDARD Coag
Eigenschaften
Starke Verschorfung des Gewebes wird verhindert,
Ankleben der Elektrode am Gewebe ist reduziert.
Möchten Sie die potentiell mögliche große »Koagu-
lationstiefe« von STANDARD Coag nutzen, wählen
Sie eine kleine Effektstufe und koagulieren über
eine längere Zeit. Können Sie nur kurz koagulieren,
wählen Sie eine große Effektstufe.
Einsatzgebiete
Bei nahezu allen Operationen, die eine schnelle und
sichere Koagulation erfordern oder bei denen ein
Ankleben der Elektrode den Koagulationsverlauf
negativ beeinflussen würde.
Geeignete Elektroden
Elektroden mit großer Kontaktfläche,
z. B.| Kugelelektroden für tiefe Koagulation.

Properties
Cutting consists of alternating cutting and coagula-
tion phases. Cutting is easily controlled and is
characterized by a reproducible preselectable
coagulation property during cutting.
Fields of application
Endoscopic interventions in which alternating
cutting and coagulation is required with a single
activation.
Suitable electrodes
Mono- and poly lament cutting loops for
polypectomy.
Coagulation modes
STANDARD Coag
Properties
High level of slough formation in tissue is prevented,
adhesion of electrode to tissue is reduced. If you
wish to make use of the potentially great 'coagula-
tion depth' of STANDARD Coag, select a low effect
intensity and coagulate for an extended period of
time. If you can only coagulate for a brief period,
select a high effect intensity.
Fields of application
For almost all operations which require fast and reli-
able coagulation or where adhesion of the electrode
would have an adverse effect on the coagulation
process.
Suitable electrodes
Electrodes with a large contact area,
e.g.|ball| electrodes for deep coagulation.
