Perform service 04 Switch mode global protocol,
Mode = 1, to switch the LMT slave into Configuration Mode.
Perform service 17 Configure NMT-address protocol, Node-ID = 12.
--> Wait for acknowledgement and check successfully execution,
--> Error Code = 0.
Perform service 23 Store configuration protocol.
--> Wait for acknowledgement and check successfully execution,
--> Error Code = 0.
--> LMT slave is reset and is in condition PRE-OPERATIONAL.
