Verwendungs-Beispiele für Private CSTA-Data

Die ISDN-Rufnummer des Anrufers ist für einige Applikationen notwendig zum Start bestimmter
Aktionen. Wird zB. der Einkauf von einem Kunden angerufen, reagiert die Applikation auf die Ruf-
nummer des Anrufers mit dem Aufpoppen einer Kundenmaske.
Auch bei umgelegten oder weitergeleiteten Verbindungen steht diese Rufnummer zur Verfügung.

Double Calls werden der Applikation im Event "Delivered" als private cause "multiple alerting" mitge-
teilt.
Dieser Private Cause erklärt der Applikation, warum auf zwei Events "Delivered" nur ein Event "Esta-
blished" folgt.

Send DTMF Tones: Aus einer Applikation kann nachgewählt werden. Dies wird erforderlich, wenn der
Anwender ein Ansagesystem erreicht und zur Nachwahl aufgefordert wird, um zu einem bestimmten
Ziel zu gelangen.
