Private CSTA-Data

The CSTA standard allows the definition of private data. Each manufacturer may define its own private
data structure within the standard.
Several applications use this private data definition with different object identifiers: firstly ACD, secondly
Call Center, thirdly NIP and fourthly applications that need the ISDN call number of the calling device:

• 'configuration' for the configuration messages during the ACD-Start-Up or
in case of changes of the ACD-data. The Configuration itself is decoded by
OMSF.
• 'priv-Services' for the use of private Services
• 'automatic-Answer'
• 'theme-Number'
• 'continous connection' (defined for further applications, not yet contained
in Private Data Protocol, but between CCU and MSUx)
• 'oad-outbound-call' (German law regulations require that outbound dialer
have to present the OAD of the organisation for which a call is made. The
CSTA Make Call was extended with this private element, so that this can
be fulfilled by external applications which are connected to Integral Enter-
prise (from IEE 5 onward).
• 'name-Of-Theme' = ASCII string, which identifies the theme
• 'display-name' = ACSII string to be displayed at the terminal
• 'original-Agent-Group'
• 'last-Redir-Agent-Group'
• 'agent-ID'
• 'after-Treatment' specifies the time between a disconnection of a call until
the next call can be accepted
• 'length-Order-Code' the length of the oder-code, which is entered by the
agent
• 'call-Monitoring-Time' specifies the time for calling the selected agent
• 'chain-call' describes, if the occurance of a chain call (caused by this
Diversion) is allowed or not
• 'dest-Route-Type' specifies the kind of routing for a waiting call (external,
agent or queue)
'private-Filter' if private Events are used (privateEvent in Monitor Filter =
FALSE)
'basic-call-number' if the monitor start is set for a pseudo-device.
'auxiliary-call-ID' to check if the specified Call Id is really active at the given
device ID.
'Agent ID' is used to transmit the Device ID of an ACD-Agent, if it is logged on
the Device
• 'Agent-Info' contains all Agent Groups the ACD-Agent may be logged in
and its actual state
• 'Agent-State-Info' contains the information loggedOn/Pause to specify the
state NotReady in more detail
