10.2.3 Approved applications

The maximum resolution (maximum load/interval) of approved scales is 10,000
increments. Additionally, the following settings must be implemented for the
parameters in the Adaptation group:

Subject to certain preconditions, the OFF setting is also allowable here, such as for tank weighers.
After calibrating the scale, the approval parameters can be saved to the
EEPROM of the A/D converter, where they are retained even in the event of a
power outage. In approved applications, the covering and lid must be sealed
with adhesive labels so that the position of the calibration switch can no longer
be changed.
► Unscrew the covering from the calibration certificate on the front of the
housing. You can use the small calibration switch S1 that is now visible to
save the calibration data to the EEPROM that is protected against power
outages:
