9.2.11 Alarm (Alarm:Empty)

As soon as one of the alarms is set to On the relevant alarm is active. If none
of the alarms are indicating an error, the alarm status is cleared ("0"). If at least
one of the alarms is indicating an error, the alarm status is set ("1"). If a digital
output (Alarm) has been configured, it is set or reset according to the alarm
status.
