'Priv-Forward-Parameter' is used to inform the CTI-Application that
CFNRM (= non standardized type of call forwarding) is active, this infor-
mation not yet used by the application Call Center
• 'agent-State-Info' describes the real following agent-state (may be
different from the requested-agent-state)
• 'agent-ID' is used in case of the requested-agent-states "notReady"
and "Ready"
'device-type-of-address' contains B-Channel and AO-Type of Routing

• 'device-type-of-address' contains B-Channel and AO-Type of Rou-
ting Device and Routed Connection
• 'name-Of-Theme' contains an ASCII string, which identifies the
theme

the call is on hold
