MOBILE APP & DASHBOARD
WEB INTEGRATION VIA THE DASHBOARD
Once connected to Wi-Fi, the Gemini EVO 810+980 soft tissue laser will share data with the DASHBOARD, which will enable you to visualize several parameters of your laser. Login to dashboard.geminievo.com
and use the same login credentials created within the App for iOS and Android devices. (Figure: 15.1)
GENERAL USE
The Dashboard main page enables you overall visibility of your Gemini EVO laser unit. Some of the information displayed on the dashboard includes:
• Graphical representation of manual or preset procedures performed
• The most used power settings
• Total number of procedures performed by day / week or a specific time range selected by user
• User's total laser usage
• Wavelength usage chart showing the most used wavelengths
• Top preset procedures performed
• Top preset procedures performed by category (Non Surgical / Surgical / Pain Relief)
• Return on investment visibility
• Also access additional support resources
The Dashboard is being constantly improved. Some of the features listed above might be different and updated/improved since product inception. Our goal is to always improve the system based on customer
feedback. If you have an improvement suggestion, please email to feedback@azenamedical.com and we will do our best to analyze and implement it into our next update.
DASHBOARD MENU
The main menu of the dashboard contains several links that facilitates the navigation of all the features listed, including the PBM Calculator which lets you visualize PBM treatments based on pain level, tissue
color, or time. (Figure: 15.2)
DASHBOARD
The main dashboard page contains all the up to date global information of your Gemini EVO device.
CHAT SUPPORT
We have incorporated a very simple and user friendly way to get technical support. Chat and video are available during our normal business hours for your convenience.
YOUR DEVICES
With one or several Gemini EVO devices, you can monitor and adjust several of your Gemini EVO laser features such as battery health under vitals or adjust preset procedures under the customize page. Some
additional features also available on the dashboard are listed below:
Preset vs Manual
This feature shows graphically the procedures performed manually vs with presets. This is a good way to visualize which procedure method the user is more comfortable using.
Top Procedures
This feature shows the top procedures performed by name and by category. This is a good way to visualize which procedure is most performed by the user.
Total Procedures
This feature shows the total amount of procedures performed in a specific period of time.
Return on Investment
Upon adding the cost of each procedure based on user's region, the ROI feature will automatically calculate and display the return made on each procedure.
Wavelength Usage - Global
This feature will display graphically which wavelength the user has used the most.
DASHBOARD - MAIN PAGE - GLOBAL DATA
Once connected to your Gemini EVO laser, the Dashboard main page will display status information on your laser device. The Dashboard page will always display your overall data, even if you have multiple
Gemini EVO devices associated with the same account. For instance, under Total Procedures, it will list all procedures performed with all your Gemini EVO devices. If you have one Gemini EVO device, it will list
information about only that device. (Figure: 15.3)
DASHBOARD - VITALS - UNIT SPECIFIC
The vitals page will display specific information about your Gemini EVO device by unique serial number. This type of information is helpful while troubleshooting or visualizing a feature when the user has a
functionality issue. Some of the information that will be displayed is Top Procedures by category, most used wavelength, components status, and battery health. (Figure: 15.4)
DASHBOARD - CUSTOMIZE
The customization page enables you to customize settings on your Gemini EVO device. In addition to changing several of the settings, you can purchase an extended warranty when available and perform
software updates when available. (Figure: 15.5)
Customizing Preset Procedures
Customizing a factory preset power setting to any other power settings is simple. Change the power by pressing the + or - icon and click save. Your unit will beep when the new preset is saved. To reset power
to factory settings, simply click "Factory Reset" and confirm your selection.
Changing your Gemini EVO device name
Your Gemini EVO laser name can be changed to any name you like. Select the edit icon under Laser Units registered and change the name. Select save to register the change.
Software Updates
We will periodically release software updates. The dashboard will display if there's a software update available. Simply click update and your unit will automatically update to the latest release.
