* Operating mode S6 40%: Continuous duty with in-
termittent loading (operating time 10 mins). In order
avoid impermissible overheating of the engine, the
engine should be driven for only 25% of the operating
time with the stipulated nominal power and must then
continue to run with no load for the remaining 75% of
the operating time.

health. If the machine noise exceeds 85 dB, please wear
suitable hearing protection.

8. Unpacking
• Open the packaging and carefully remove the prod-
uct.
• Remove the packaging material, as well as the pack-
aging and transport safety devices (if present).
• Check whether the scope of delivery is complete.
• Check the product and accessory parts for transport
damage. In the event of complaints the carrier must
be informed immediately. Later claims will not be rec-
ognised.
• If possible, keep the packaging until the expiry of the
warranty period.
• Familiarise yourself with the product by means of the
operating manual before using for the first time.
• With accessories as well as wearing parts and re-
placement parts use only original parts. Spare parts
can be obtained from your specialist dealer.
• When ordering please provide our article number as
well as type and year of manufacture for the product.

Layout
9.1
Assembling the legs (Fig. 4-5)
1.
Turn the product on the side of the discharge table
(1) and place it carefully on a suitable surface.
2.
Push the legs (9) into the corner of the product
from below. At the same time, screw the transport
handles (8) on from the outside using the hexagon
bolts (27), washers (32) and hexagon nuts (34) and
tighten them. (Fig. 4)
3.
Turn the product on the side of the pick-up table
(4).

Push the legs (9) into the corner of the product

Fitting the crank handle for height adjust-
ment (Fig. 6)

Attach the crank handle (17) to the connecting
piece so that the lateral Allen screw (17.1) lies on
the flattened side of the connecting piece.

Tighten the Allen screw (17.1).
9.3
Mounting the on/off switch (Fig. 6)
1.
Screw the on/off switch (11) to the belt cover (12)
using the four Philips screws (30).
9.4
Fitting the pick-up table (Fig. 7)
1.
Remove the two fixing screws (4.1) and remove the
left bar (4.2).
2.
Repeat these steps on the right side of the prod-
uct.
3.
Place the pick-up table (4) on the product and hold
it tight.
4.
Insert the left bar (4.2) from the side and align it
so that the two clamping sleeves (4.3) match the
holes in the product. Make sure that the pointer
(4.4) is in the area of the scale (13). If necessary,
adjust the position of the pick-up table (4).
5.
Knock the two clamping sleeves (4.3) into the
product using a hammer.
