Preventative maintenance should be performed at a minimum of annually . A preventative maintenance program should
be established for all Stryker Medical equipment . Preventative maintenance may need to be performed more frequently
based on the usage level of the product .

_____ All wheels secure, rolling and swiveling properly .
_____ Optional wheel lock holds wheel securely when on and clears wheel when off .
_____ Siderails move and latch properly .
_____ Backrest operating properly .
_____ Optional accessories intact and operating properly .
_____ Height positioning latch functioning properly .
_____ Cot secure in each height position .
_____ Undercarriage folds properly .
_____ Retractable head section operating properly .
_____ Safety bar operating properly .
_____ Footrest operating properly .
_____ No rips or cracks in mattress cover .
_____ Body restraints intact and working properly .
_____ Lubricate base tubes (optional) .
