Misure antincendio
Il "DEF" non è infiammabile. In caso di incendio
può essere liberata NH3 (ammoniaca).
In questo caso sussiste il pericolo di
avvelenamento. Le misure atte a estinguere
eventuali incendi devono risultare idonee alle
condizioni ambientali.
Avvertenza per la tutela ambientale
Smaltimento del "DEF":
- Una piccola quantità di "DEF" versata
accidentalmente non è problematica. Il
prodotto è facilmente biodegradabile e si
può disperdere senza problemi nella rete
fognaria utilizzando molta acqua.
- Per lo smaltimento di maggiori quantità di
"DEF" attenersi sempre ai requisiti della legge
sulla protezione dell'ambiente e il riciclo/
l'eliminazione dei rifiuti.
- Le confezioni contenenti residui di "DEF"
devono venire sottoposte ad un trattamento
analogo come per il "DEF". Svuotare
integralmente le confezioni del loro
contenuto; in questo modo dopo essere
state pulite le confezioni potranno essere
riutilizzate.
Sostituire il filtro "DEF"
Scollegare la tubazione di mandata 1 (F1) e
di ritorno 2 (F1) dall'unità pompa-filtro 3 (F1)
unitamente alle fascette.
Posizionare sotto l'unità pompa-filtro 3 (F1) un
recipiente di raccolta idoneo per il "DEF".
Svitare la tazza del filtro 4 (F1) dall'unità pompa-
filtro 3 (F1).
Rimuovere la cartuccia del filtro 5 (F1).
Prima di montare la guarnizione toroidale 6 (F1)
sulla nuova cartuccia del filtro 5 (F1) lubrificarla
applicando un sottile strato di grasso siliconico.
Inserire la nuova cartuccia del filtro 5 (F1) nella
tazza del filtro 4 (F1).
Come lubrificante utilizzare grasso siliconico.
Avvitare la tazza del filtro 4 (F1) nel modulo
pompa 3 (F1) e serrare.
Coppia di serraggio: 32 Nm.
Come lubrificante deve essere utilizzato
esclusivamente il grasso siliconico. Utilizzare
solo quantità minime di grasso siliconico; in caso
contrario il sistema di post-trattamento dei gas
di scarico può subire dei danni. Il sistema è auto
spurgante e pertanto lo spurgo non deve essere
effettuato.

Fire fighting measures
"DEF" is not flammable. In the event
of a fire, NH3 (ammonia) may be released.
This may result in a risk of poisoning. Measures
to extinguish a fire must therefore be
adapted to suit the surroundings.
Environmental note
Disposing of "DEF":
- Due to its easy degradability, small amounts
of spilt "DEF" can be washed into the sewage
system without any problems.
- Larger amounts of "DEF" must be disposed of
correctly, observing the regulations on waste
treatment/disposal.
- Packaging that is contaminated with "DEF"
residue must be treated in the same way as
"DEF". Packaging should be emptied as tho-
roughly as possible, cleaned appropriately
and then recycled.
Replace the "DEF" filter
Clamp the feed 1 (F1) and return 2 (F1) lines
on the pump/filter unit 3 (F1) using hose
clamps.
Place a suitable receptacle under the pump/
filter unit 3 (F1) to collect any "DEF" fluid
that escapes.
Unscrew filter bowl 4 (F1) from the pump/
filter unit 3 (F1).
Remove filter element 5 (F1).
Smear O-ring 6 (F1) on new filter element 5
(F1) thinly with silicon grease before assem-
bly.
Insert new filter element 5 (F1) into filter
bowl 4 (F1). Use silicon grease as a lubricant.
Screw filter bowl 4 (F1) into pump module 3
(F1) and tighten.
Tightening torque: 32 Nm.
Only MB silicon grease is permissible as a
lubricant. Use silicon grease very sparingly,
otherwise damage to the exhaust gas aftertre-
atment system could result.
The system is self-bleeding and does not need
to be bled manually.

Maßnahmen zur Brandbekämpfung
"DEF" ist nicht brennbar. Im Brandfall
kann NH3 (Ammoniak) freigesetzt werden.
Dadurch kann Vergiftungsgefahr bestehen.
Die Löschmaßnahmen müssen daher auf die
Umgebung abgestimmt werden.
Umwelthinweis
Entsorgung von "DEF":
RKleine Mengen an verschüttetem "DEF" könn-
en aufgrund dessen leichter
Abbaubarkeit problemlos mit viel Wasser in
die Kanalisation gespült werden.
RGrößere Mengen "DEF" müssen
unter Beachtung der Vorschriften zur
Abfallverwertung/-beseitigung einer ordnun-
gsgemäßen
Entsorgung zugeführt werden.
RVerunreinigte Verpackungen, denen Reste
von "DEF" anhaften, sind wie
"DEF" zu behandeln. Verpackungen
sind bestmöglich zu entleeren, sie können
dann nach entsprechender Reinigung
einer Wiederverwertung zugeführt werden.
"DEF" Filter erneuern
Die Zu- und Rücklaufleitung (1 und 2 Abb.
F1) an der Pumpen-Filter-Einheit 3 (Abb.F1)
mit Schlauchklemmen abklemmen.
Einen geeigneten Auffangbehälter für
austretende "DEF" Flüssigkeit unter
die Pumpen-Filter-Einheit 3 (Abb.F1) stellen.
Die Filtertasse 4 (Abb.F1) aus der Pumpen-
Filter-Einheit 3 (Abb.F1) ausschrauben.
Den Filtereinsatz entnehmen 5 (Abb.F1) .
Den O-Ring
Filtereinsatz 5 (Abb.F1.2) vor der Montage
dünn mit Siliconfett einfetten.
Den neuen Filtereinsatz 5 (Abb.F1) in
die Filtertasse 4 (Abb.F1) einsetzen. Als
Gleitmittel MB-Siliconfett verwenden.
Die Filtertasse
Pumpenmodul 3 (Abb.F1) einschrauben und
festziehen.
Anziehdrehmoment: 32 Nm.
Als Gleitmittel ist nur
ig. Silikonfett äußerst sparsam verwen-
den, da es sonst zu Beschädigungen am
Abgasnachbehandlungssystem führen kann.
Das System ist selbstentlüftend und muss nicht
entlüftet werden.
