D5/4 - Prefiltro del carburante con separatore
d'acqua: sostituzione della cartuccia
del filtro del carburante.
I carburanti sono facilmente infiammabili,
pertanto il pericolo di incendio è elevato. Durante
la manipolazione dei carburanti, è vietato fumare,
avvicinare fiamme libere e luce non protetta ed
eseguire interventi che provochino la formazione
di scintille.
Avvertenza per la tutela ambientale.
Smaltire le cartucce filtranti usate, le guarnizioni e
i residui di carburante conformemente alle norme
vigenti nel luogo di impiego.
Aprire la valvola di scarico e la vite di sfiato 2
(D5/4) e raccogliere in un recipiente la miscela
acqua-carburante che fuoriesce dall'elemento
filtrante.
Estrarre il connettore per il riscaldamento.
Svitare e rimuovere la cartuccia filtrante 1 (D5/4).
Svitare e rimuovere il recipiente del separatore
3 (D5/4) dalla cartuccia filtrante e all'occorrenza
pulirlo o sostituirlo.
Realizzare il montaggio eseguendo la
procedura descritta nell'ordine inverso. In fase
di montaggio utilizzare anelli di tenuta nuovi.
Avvitare a fondo manualmente l'elemento
filtrante sulla tazza del filtro.
Chiudere la valvola di scarico e riempire il
prefiltro mediante la pompa a mano 4 (D5/4)
del carburante.
Chiudere successivamente la vite di sfiato.
Avviare il motore ed eseguire lo sfiato
dell'impianto di alimentazione.
Far girare il motore per circa 1 minuto.
Lo sfiato dell'impianto di alimentazione avviene
automaticamente.
Verificare la tenuta del prefiltro.
D5/4 - Fuel prefilter with water separator:
replace fuel filter element
There is an increased risk of fire when handling
fuels as they are highly flammable. Avoid fire,
naked flames and sparks, and refrain from smoking
when handling fuels.
Environmental note:
dispose of used filter elements, seals and fuel resi-
due in accordance with relevant local regulations.
Open the drain valve and bleed screw
2 (D5/4) and collect the water-fuel mixture
that flows out of the filter element in a
container.
Remove the heating connector.
Unscrew filter cartridge 1 (D5/4) and
remove it.
Unscrew the separator container 3 (D5/4)
from filter cartridge and remove it, cleaning and
replacing it, if necessary.
Assembly must be done by repeating the
procedure described in reverse order. Use
new sealing rings during assembly.
Screw the filter element manually back all
the way on the filter cup.
Close the drain valve and refill the pre-filter
by means of fuel hand pump 4 (D5/4).
Then close the bleed screw.
Start up the engine and bleed the supply
system.
Run the engine for about 1 minute.
Bleeding of the supply system occurs automa-
tically.
Check the pre-filter seal.

D5/4 -Kraftstoff-Vorfilter
mit Wasserabscheider:
Kraftstofffiltereinsatz erneuern
Beim Umgang mit Kraftstoffen besteht erhöhte
Brandgefahr, da diese leicht entzündbar sind.
Vermeiden Sie Feuer, offenes Licht, Rauchen und
Funkenbildung im Umgang mit Kraftstoffen.
Umwelthinweis:
entsorgen Sie verbrauchte Filtereinsätze,
Dichtungen und Kraftstoffreste entsprechend den
am Einsatzort geltenden Vorschriften.
Das Ablassventil und die Entlüftungsschraube 2
(Abb.D5/4) öffnen und das aus dem Filtereinsatz
auslaufende Wasser-Kraftstoffgemisch in einen
passenden Behälter auffangen.
Die Steckverbindung für die
herausziehen.
Den Filtereinsatz 1 (Abb.D5/4) losschrauben und
entfernen.
Den Behälter des Wasserabscheiders 3 (Abb.
D5/4) vom Filtereinsatz losschrauben und
entfernen und bei Bedarf reinigen oder ersetzen.
Die Montage vornehmen, indem man das
beschriebene Verfahren in der umgekehrten
Reihenfolge ausführt. In der Montagephase
neue Dichtringe benutzen.
Den Filtereinsatz von Hand fest in den
Filterbecher einschrauben.
Das Ablaufventil schließen und den Vorfilter mit
der Kraftstoffhandpumpe 4 (Abb.D5/4) füllen.
Anschließend die Entlüftungsschraube
schließen.
Den Motor starten und das Kraftstoffsystem
entlüften.
Den Motor circa eine Minute lang laufen lassen.
Die Entlüftung des Kraftstoffsystems erfolgt
automatisch.
Die Dichtung des Vorfilters prüfen.
