B17 - Pulire il ltro di ventilazione ester-
no della cabina (optional climatiz-
zazione)
- Smontare il carter di protezione.
- Estrarre il filtro di ventilazione cabina "1"
(fig.B17).
- Pulire il filtro con un getto d'aria
compressa.
- Controllare lo stato del filtro e sostituirlo
se necessario (vedi: 3 - MANUTENZIONE:
ELEMENTI FILTRANTI E CINGHIE).
- Rimettere il filtro.
- Rimontare il carter di protezione.
B18 - Svuotamento del pre- ltro carbu-
rante con separatore di acqua (se
necessario)
Il carburante versato su superfici bollenti o
componenti elettriche può provocare incendi.
Per evitare possibili infortuni spegnere
l'interruttore di avviamento quando si
cambiano i filtri o l'elemento separatore
dell'acqua. Rimuovere immediatamente il
carburante versato.
Accertarsi che il motore sia fermo prima
di eseguire qualunque operazione di
manutenzione o riparazione.
Il separatore dell'acqua è in depressione
durante il funzionamento normale del
motore. Accertarsi che la valvola di scarico
sia chiusa bene, per prevenire l'entrata di aria
nell'impianto di alimentazione.
Pulire accuratamente l'esterno del prefiltro
nonché il suo supporto per impedire la
penetrazione della polvere nel sistema.

B17 - Clean the cab external ventilation
lter (optional air conditioning)
- Remove the guard.
- Remove the cab ventilation filter "1" (Fig.
B17).
Clean the filter with a jet of compressed air.
- Check the condition of the filter and repla-
ce it, if necessary (see: 3 - MAINTENANCE:
FILTER ELEMENTS AND BELTS).
- Refit the filter.
- Refit the guard.
B18 - Emptying the fuel pre- lter with
water separator (if necessary)
The fuel poured on the boiling surfaces
and electrical components can cause fires.
To avoid possible accidents, switch off the
starter switch while changing the filters or
water separator element. Remove spilt fuel
immediately.
Make sure the engine is stationary before car-
rying out any maintenance or repairs on it.
The water separator is in underpressure
during the normal working of the engine.
Make sure the discharge valve is closed pro-
perly to prevent air from entering the supply
system.
Wipe the outside of the prefilter as well as
its support thoroughly to prevent dust from
penetrating the system.

B17 - Externes Kabinenbelüftungs lter
reinigen (bei Option Klimaanlage)
- Das Schutzgehäuse demontieren.
- Den Kabinenlüftungsfilter "1" herausziehen
(Abb. B17).
- Den Filter mit Druckluft reinigen.
- Den Zustand des Filters prüfen und bei
Bedarf ersetzen (siehe: 3 - WARTUNG:
FILTERELEMENTE UND RIEMEN).
- Den Filter wieder einsetzen.
- Das Schutzgehäuse wieder montieren.
B18 - Kraftstoffsicherheitsfilter mit
Wasserabscheider reinigen (falls
erforderlich)
Wenn Kraftstoff auf heiße Oberflächen oder
elektrische Betriebsmittel ausläuft, kann das zum
Feuerausbruch führen. Um mögliche Unfälle zu ver-
meiden, den Zündanlassschalter ausschalten, wenn
man die Filter oder das Wasserabscheideelement
austauscht. Den vergossenen Kraftstoff entfernen.
Sicherstellen, dass der Motor steht, bevor man irgen-
deine Wartungs- oder Reinigungsarbeit ausführt.
Der Wasserabscheider arbeitet während des
normalen Betriebs des Motors mit Unterdruck.
Sicherstellen, dass das Ablassventil gut ver-
schlossen ist, um zu vermeiden, dass Luft in das
Kraftstoffsystem eindringen kann.
Den Vorfilter von außen gründlich reinigen, wie
auch den entsprechenden Becher, damit kein Staub
in das System eindringt.
