D5 - Manutenzione motore
D5/1 - Cambio dell'olio e sostituzione
del filtro
D5/2 - Controllo dell'usura e della
presenza di danni sulla cinghia
trapezoidale a nervature
D5/3 - Prefiltro del carburante e filtro
del carburante: sostituzione
della cartuccia dei filtri
D5/4 - Prefiltro del carburante con
separatore d'acqua: sostituzione
della cartuccia del filtro del
carburante
D5/1 - Cambio dell'olio e sostituzione
del filtro
Effettuare il cambio dell'olio solo con il
motore a temperatura di esercizio.
Scaricare l'olio motore
Aprire il cofano del motore.
Smontare il carter "1" (Fig.D5/1.1)sotto il
vano motore.
Collocare un recipiente di raccolta idoneo
sotto la vite di scarico "2" (Fig.D5/1.1)
presente sul lato inferiore della coppa
dell'olio.
Prendere il tubo di scarico "3" (Fig.D5/1.1).
Collocare l'estremità del tubo di scarico
nel recipiente e avvitare a fondo il tubo sul
raccordo dello scarico "2" (Fig.D5/1.1).
Svitare la vite di scarico con cautela e far
defluire l'olio.
Togliere il tappo di riempimento 4 per
facilitare lo scarico"4" (Fig.D5/1.1).
Smaltire l'olio motore e il filtro in conformità
alle prescrizioni di legge vigenti nel luogo di
impiego del motore.
Riavvitare la vite di scarico con un nuovo
anello di tenuta e serrarla.
Coppia di serraggio:
M16x1,5 – 35 Nm

D5/2 - Check the poly-V-belt for wear
and damage
D5/3 - Fuel prefilter and fuel filter:
replace filter elements
D5/4 - Fuel prefilter with water separa-
tor: replace fuel filter element
D5/1 - Oil and filter change
Change the oil only with the engine at
operating temperature.
Drain the engine oil
Open engine bonnet.
Remove guard "1"
engine compartment.
Place a suitable container under drain
screw "2"(Fig.D5/1.1)
of the oil cup.
Take drain hose "3"(Fig.D5/1.1).
Place the end of the drain hose in the con-
tainer and screw the hose fully to the
drain connector "2" (Fig.D5/1.1).
Unscrew the drain screw carefully and let
the oil drain out.
Remove level and filling plug "4"
D5/1.1) to ensure that the oil is drained
properly.
The engine oil and filter must be disposed
off in compliance with the laws in force in
the place where the engine is used.
Re-screw the drain screw back on with a
new sealing ring and tighten it.
Tightening torque:
M16 x 1.5 – 35 Nm

Den Ölwechsel nur bei Motor auf
Betriebstemperatur vornehmen.
Das Motoröl ablassen
Motorhaube öffnen.
Das Gehäuse „1"(Abb.D5/1.1) unter dem
Motorraum ausbauen.
Einen geeigneten Behälter
Aufsammeln unter die Ablaufschraube
„2"(Abb.D5/1) stellen, die auf der Unterseite
des Motorsumpfes vorhanden sind.
Ölwechselschlauch „3" (Abb.D5/1.1).
Schlauchende in den Auffangbehälter
legen und Schlauch auf den Ablassstutzen
„2" (Abb.D5/1.1) aufschrauben.
Die Ablaufschraube vorsichtig abschrauben
und das Öl ablaufen lassen.
Ablassschraube „4" (Abb.D5/1.1) entfernen,
damit das Öl korrekt ablaufen kann.
Das Motoröl und den
Übereinstimmung mit den Bestimmungen
der am
Einsatzort des Motors geltenden Gesetze
entsorgen.
Die Ablaufschraube mit einem neuen
Dichtring wieder anschrauben und fest
anziehen.
Anzugsmoment
M16 x 1,5 – 35 Nm
