NOTE: If the tyre is particularly soft, the first bead can be mounted with
the mounting tool positioned on the lower trolley to the side of the bead
breaker disc.
.place the tool in the work position by pulling out the specific knob (see
Fig. 24a.24b);
.operating the control, lift the mounting tool in order to move it
near the upper rim edge (see Fig. 24c);
.manually adjust the tyre so that the upper shoulder of the rim passes the
lower bead and goes into the well (Fig. 24d);
.keep the section of the tyre with the lower bead not yet inserted in the
rim partially depressed and press the pedal to start rotation
until the first bead is completely inserted;
.operate the lever to move the mounting tool to the rest
position;
.return the lower bead breaker disc to position using the specific knob (see
Fig. 24a).
