SCHEDULED
MAINTENANCE:
-Periodically check the level in the hydraulic powei unit. The tank is made
out of transparent plastic and is located inside the protective casing (fig.
51).
-unsc rew the 4 screws on the casing;
-check that the oil level in the tank is between the MINIMUM and MAXIMUM
arrows (fig.
-51a);
if necessary, unscrew the tank plug and top up using Esso NUTO H 46
hydraulic oil or equivalenl (e.g: AGIP OSO 46, SHELL TELLUS OIL 46,
-MOBIL DTE 25, CASTROL HYSPIN AWS 46, CHEVRON RPM EP HYDRAULIC OIL
46, BP
-Make surv the condensation is draining from the filter-regulator unit:
The regulating filter unit is equipped with a semi¬automatic device to
drain the condensate. This device is automatically activated whenever
pneu¬matic supply to the machine is cut off. Drain the condensate
manually (1, Fig. 51b) when the level rises above level 2, Fig. 51b.
