This abdomen exercise involves also the leg
muscles and the hip flexors (ileopsoas).
Muscles used: abdominals

Movement:
- incline the bench to your liking: the greater
the inclination, the greater the difficulty of
the exercise
- lie down on the bench and grasp the handles
behind your head
- in the starting position your legs are slightly
raised from the bench
- swing your legs alternately to make an arc of
a circumference of around 20/30 cm.
