Reverse crunch

This is the basic exercise for isolating the lower
part of the abdomen. The exercise must be
performed by concentrating the maximum
amount of work on the abdomen in a few
repetitions.
Muscles used: abdominals
Movement:
- incline the bench to your liking: the greater
the inclination, the greater the difficulty of
the exercise
- lie down on the bench and grasp the handles,
behind your head
- in the starting position your legs are bent at
right angles in respect to your torso
- lift your pelvis from the bench, keeping your
legs perpendicular to the ground, then return
to the starting position
- to make the exercise easier, bend your knees
up to your chest instead of keeping your legs
straight.
