Dumbell bent row

This is an exercise for training the latissimus
dorsi and toning the shoulder blade muscles; it
is an important movement for the correct
alignment of the shoulder joint.
Muscles used: latissimus dorsi, rear deltoid,
rhomboid
Movement:
- bring the bench to the horizontal position
- rest the hand of the arm that is not being
exercised and the knee of the corresponding
leg on the bench, as shown in the figure
- grasp the dumbell with a hammer grip, i.e.
with the palm of your hand turned towards
your body; in the starting position the arm in
question should be perpendicular to the
ground
- pull your arm towards your torso, keeping
your elbow against your body and trying to
move your shoulder back as well; then go
back to the starting position
- repeat the exercise with the other arm.
