Triceps concentration

This exercise is specifically for the back of the
arm; in this position you can achieve the
maximum extension of the muscle.
Muscles used: triceps
Movement:
- position the backrest in the last hole
- sit on the bench, keeping your back firmly
against the backrest and grasp the dumbell
with one hand
- in the starting position your arm should be
fully stretched above your head,
perpendicular to the ground
- curl your forearm without moving the whole
arm, taking the dumbell to behind your neck;
then go back to the starting position
- repeat the exercise with the other arm.
